Apparently by some people's standard...three independant steps from a baby IS walking. Huh!? Yup. So looks like Meera started walking when she was 10 months old but 'First Time Mommy' here had higher 'expectations'. Somehow I had imagined it would be alot more than just a few steps from the couch to my arms. I wasn't expecting a lot but definitely more than 3 steps!
So do I really consider Meera's tentative steps as walking? Well if only for the bragging rights that go along with it...then yes! But in all honesty to me 'walking' means a lot more than that (but I'll just keep that to myself).
