Can't believe its been 3 months of motherhood for me. So far it's been an adventure (to say the least). A real roller coaster of emotions (though the hormones probably had something to do with that).

From a tiny little baby she has doubled in weight already! She can smile and coo especially at her mommy and daddy, which leads me to believe she recognizes us! She recently 'discovered' her hands so she's constantly staring at them or trying to stuff them in her mouth. Her neck is fairly steady though there's still room for improvement. She hates tummy time and I hate putting her through it. Recently discovered that a nursing pillow can double as a tummy time activity (just lay your baby chest down on the pillow) so we do more of that.
As for a routine: it's still a work in progress. :)
She's exclusively breastfed so I have no idea how much she eats but once a day we feed her with a bottle (so Daddy gets to feed her and she gets used to a bottle). Lately we've upped the amount to 5 oz. All in she gets about 5-6 feeds a day. She's usually goes to bed around 10 p.m. and wakes up about 8 a.m. with one feed somewhere in between. As for naps, she usually takes around 3, ranging anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours. I plan to get her into a fixed routine soon...
Also plan to start her on my 'baby enrichment' plan which will include flashcards (based on Glenn Doman) and VCDs (Dr. Titzer). Hopefully they really do work in helping a baby to read!
